This October (on the PLNU Campus, not the usual Mission Valley location), C.A.T. will host what is becoming our Annual “Survivor/Thriver Voice” evening. This year we are doing a combined event with PLNU’s Center for Justice. Each semester the CJR holds a “Brewed Awakening” event (coffee and an important topic). This October … our CAT meeting is their subject! Join us for a heartfelt evening in which we will be privileged to hear firsthand from those who have experienced and surivied Human Trafficking.
Jessa Crisp will be our primary guest speaker. After her escape and recovery process, Jessa got her degree in Counseling and is presently working on her Master’s Degree as a step towards obtaining a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology.
In addition to making some of the best lattes in Colorado, Jessa is the co-founder and Executive Director of BridgeHope and is part of the Rebecca Bender Initiative speaker’s team. Jessa inspires others through speaking engagements around the world, gives hope through mentoring other survivors of human trafficking, and provides high quality training and consultation services to anti-trafficking organizations around the USA.
