The pandemic has introduced us all to grieving. Whether you’ve lost a friend or loved one, a job, future plans, human connection, or simply a sense of certainty, we are all grieving something that has been lost due to COVID-19. The Compassion Practice gives us solid tools for processing this grief as an act self-compassion through meditation and mindfulness.
This new Compassion Practice group will gather virtually during the month of March to cultivate self-compassion together in this chaotic time. Take this opportunity to tend to those emotions and experiences of loss that may not have received the attention they deserve.
