Simpler Living, St. Paul’s creation care ministry, presents a series of lectures and forums, Our Community is All Creation, broadening our sense of community to extend beyond humankind to all life on earth and the ecosystems that make life possible.

Jewish studies scholar and farmed animal protection advocate, Aaron Gross, considers the tension fostered between humans and creation through the dominant form of contemporary food production, and his reading of the Biblical vision of the good shepherd. Gross argues that food choices, especially when part of religious community, are theological choices that determine nothing less than our relationship with life.

In the Great Hall.
